EFLOW CAPITAL LP
Assets & Supply

We do not only invest in the buildout. We supply it.

Through our supply arm MegaGrid Supply, EFLOW owns, trades, and delivers the physical equipment that energizes AI infrastructure — from 300 MW gas turbine trains and 500 kV transformers to rack-scale GPU systems and HBM memory. One counterparty from interconnect to inference.

The Supply Arm

Two sides of the same asset.

Capital and equipment are the same trade viewed from opposite ends. Our investment platform sees the demand signal before it prices; MegaGrid Supply holds the hardware that signal will need. That loop is our origination advantage — we know what is scarce because we are the ones holding it.

Origination

Direct OEM allocation, cancelled-order inventory, distressed project assets, and off-lease fleets sourced across 41 countries.

Ownership

We take balance-sheet positions in long-lead equipment before demand clears — turbines, GSUs, and accelerators held as hard assets.

Logistics

Heavy-haul, breakbulk, and air charter for transformer and turbine movements, with customs, permitting, and route surveys handled end to end.

Commissioning

Field service, testing, and start-up support through OEM-certified partners — delivered energized, not delivered on a pallet.

Asset Register

An indicative view of the categories we own, source, and sell. Inventory moves continuously; specific availability, lead times, and pricing are shared under NDA.
